About Me

Hello I'm Liz, a registered counsellor practising in Melbourne and the Bass Coast area.

I offer a holistic, person-centred approach to counselling and believe that as each person is unique, an integrated approach which draws on several therapeutic models including compassionate-focused therapy, somatic therapy and trauma-informed therapy is important as it allows flexibility in the counselling process and provides an opportunity for the client to explore areas of concern and broaden coping skills.

It gives you a chance to talk over your ‘worries’ to someone from outside your personal life who is trained to listen in a non-judgemental way.
